So after finishing up storyboards for Chapter 8 of FTL, I decided I wanted to start on something that's been in my head for a bit. Wanted to do an anime-style frame with some simple animation, so I have just a smidgen done so far:



I plan to go full color with this over time =3

Flats are done. Adjusted mouth flaps a little since it seemed off to me.

Working on the background, now. Line is to determine movement of smoke.

Smoke is now added to the background Will likely tween for smoother movement.

Tweaked smoke and added glow.

Throwing my hat in the ring on the #drawthisinyourstylechallenge and offering up sweet Ukeshi I'm curious to see what he'll look like in other styles~!
